These items come with a 28 day guarantee and have a life expectancy of 3-6 months. This does not affect your statutory rights. The guarantee covers any manufacturer defects and covers any repairs, or replacements, if deemed to be faulty or beyond repair. If the product has been damaged in any way by the customer we reserve the right to refuse a refund or return.
E LIQUIDS AND DRIP TIPS
Our warranty does not extend to these items due to the nature of the products. For health and safety reasons, as well as hygiene, we cannot offer warranty on either. This is unless our staff determine that the item received is the incorrect item or if there are any other extenuating circumstances.
It is known that some e-liquid ingredients can cause cracking, frosting or even melting of polycarbonate, plastic or acrylic tanks and tubes.
Dead on arrival. The customer must contact us within 24 hours after receiving the item in order for the warranty to be applicable. Contacting us after this allotted period will mean that we cannot offer a refund or return. Please note that this also applies to multipacks
Please note: warranty on these are DOA only. They do only have a limited lifespan.
They can last from 1-4 weeks plus depending on usage. The average lifespan is approximately 2 weeks
- Use the On/Off feature when your electronic cigarette is not in use.
- Only use the charger supplied with your product. Different batteries use different chargers.
- Never use a phone or tablet mains adaptor
- Never leave charging batteries unattended or overnight
- Never submerge batteries in water or expose to extremely low or high temperatures.
- Safely dispose of batteries once they have reached their end of life (WEE Derivative).
- Always carry loose batteries in non-conductive containers, plastic or cardboard are fine, and never with metal/metallic objects such as loose change or keys.

Refunds & Returns:
With all the purchases we provide 7 days Refund / Exchange policy where if the products are faulty we will exchange. Refunds are issued only when we have had a chance to resolve the problem with you. If you are requesting a refund all goods must be returned by post within 7 days of delivery at your expense and take reasonable care to ensure that are returned in good condition. Atomizers / Cartomizers or tanks are not covered by this due to the nature of multi voltage devices used. Refunds are not issued where the goods are found to be fully working or damaged by the customer.
you can request for refund providing we receive the full order back in the same condition as we delivered. Any opened packs of carts can not be returned and we do NOT accept any E-liquid returns .
Once we receive the product back and have checked it is faulty funds will be refunded in 48 hours of the receipt of the goods. We can not refund any goods returned after 7 days of receipt that are not faulty after we have checked them.
E-Liquid can not be returned to us so please ensure that you purchase the correct one as we cant not replace or exchange once it has been sent out.
If you find any damaged shipments, missing products or faulty products and wish to replace please contact us and request the replacement. We will only dispatch the replacement products on receipt of the faulty goods; you must return the faulty goods well packaged we cannot be held responsible for any returned goods that do not arrive so please ensure that you at the very least send them recorded delivery.
Our starter Kits have a 28 day warranty on the batteries the clearomisers are not covered in this as they are consumable items. Batteries found to be damaged by the customer also do not qualify for a refund. Please follow the battery safety and cleaning instructions that came with your kit.
Please note VapersJuice can not be held accountable if you enter the wrong address details on the order and the package gets lost as a result. We only ship to the delivery address that you give us on order.
